Presidents Day

So this morning I went to the  APEX center to work out, and on our way out the kids said maybe we can come and swim later. I told them that it might be really crowded because of Presidents Day. Then Ashlie said to me " mom then where are all the presents". I was laughing to my self. I said it was Presidents Day, not Presents day. She is a goof.

Western Stock show

We took the kids over to the western stock show. We had a really good time at the rodeo. The kids really enjoyed the bull riding. In one of the events, where the cowboys rope the calf and tie the legs together, the cow was just laying there, and Matthew said "mom is he dead"

I thought it was really funny.

You are starting to get such a personality, you giggle at me when I sing to you (probably because I can't sing)

We had such a fun birthday swimming at the APEX center and BBQ ing with family. She was going to have a party with her friends, but 6 of them were sick, so we canceled. I felt really bad, but what are you going to do.

Happy Birthday Ashlie

Happy Birthday Ashlie. Saturday was Ashlie's birthday. I can't believe just 4 years ago on a cold day in Cleveland Ashlie was born. It has gone by so fast. She is such a sweet girl, and the peacemaker of our family. She is going to have to learn to hold her own being the only girl and 3 brother. We love you Ashlie!

Kyle & Brandon

Man, it has been a while since I have done anything on my blog. Not to much going on. Here are some pictures of kyle at 8 weeks and some of Brandons 2 year pics. Ashlie is turning 4 on Saturday, so I will have some more to post. 

Not much

Well not to much is going on right now. I can't believe Matthew is already half way done with Kindergarten. He is doing really well, and is starting to read a little bit and recognize lots of words. Ashlie started Gymnastics last week, and loves it. Brandon is just a little bossy 2 year old who likes to beat up on Ashlie. Don't get me wrong he is soooo cute, just has those days. He talks so much it's really cute, to hear what he has to say. He is also going to start gymnastics to get out all of his energy. And Kyle, is getting bigger everyday.He is such a good baby, and melts my heart with his big smile's. He now sleeps about 10 hours before waking up to eat. I could not ask for more from him. I will post some pics soon.

2 Months Old

Gingerbread houses

On christmas Eve, Jeff's mom brought gingerbread houses for us to make. This kids had a really good time and especially eating the candy!!

Brandon

This year Jeff put his train around the tree. Brandon LOVES trains, and I thought it was cute, that he just layed down on his tummy and was watching it for a good while. 

Christmas 2008

Here are a few pictures of Christmas. We had so much fun this year! My mom and Steve and 2 brothers flew in on the 23rd and stayed until the 28th, it was so fun to have some family come and visit us. On Christmas Eve we got together with Jeff's family and had a BBQ and opened some presents. Jeff's parents gave us a Wii. Matthew was pretty excited. His favorite game is Lego Indiana Jones from Grandma and Grandpa Bone. And Santa brought Mario Kart. Christmas morning the kids got up at 7 and went down stairs. Matthew was so cute. He was so excited he was shaking a lot. Brandon started eating his candy right away. Matthew got a batman costume where you pull a sting and the wings fly out,it's pretty cool, a light saber, wii game, a spider man razor scooter. Ashlie got a doll house, a baby, a light saber, and something else I can't remember. Brandon got trains, cars, diego toys and movies, and other stuff I can't remember. My christmas present, I am sooo excited about. I got a Nikon D60 digital camera. I just need to learn how to use it. So if any of you have any suggestions that would be great. It did come with 2 dvd's to watch.  It was so fun to see the kids this year, as they get more excited each year. And to have family to share it with.
