Fun at the Lake

The other day we decide to go up to the lake and have a BBQ , and eat smores with some friends. We all had a really good time and the kids really enjoyed playing in the water and the mud. We had no idea it was going to be so muddy, but they love it. You should have seen our bathtub after bathing 4 dirty,nasty kids=)

Ashlies spring program

A few weeks ago, Ashlie had her spring program. The songs were so cute, and we LOVED her teachers Miss Patti and Miss Patti. We will miss them next year, and I can't believe my little ashlie will be in Kindergarten. CRAZY!!

My 32nd Birthday

Well another year has come and gone. I am now 32 and I am looking it. I feel like I have to may wrinkles in my face, I guess I should stay out of the sun more. I had a really fun Birthday got to go to McDonalds with Jeff and the kids ( I know you are all jealous), then we had some friends over and had a BBQ and cake. For my Birthday Jeff got me a Garmin GPS watch,some flowers, and with my money I am ordering me a swimsuit. I have not had one for over a year. The kids really LOVE celebrating birthday's so it's always so fun to see how excited they get.

1st grade Filed Day

Yesterday I got to go all day and watch Matthew participate in field day. It was a lot of fun to see all the kids. The first picture is of the hurdles, I thought they were the cutest little things ever. Matthew's events were the 50m dash, shot put, discus, running long jump, and the relay.

A lesson in Honesty

Yesterday I took my kids into the gas station to get a treat, and they saw a guy walking in drop his wallet. I was getting Kyle out of the car, and they were walking over to get it. I was telling them to come back over to me,  and Matthew said  "mom that guy droped his wallet" so I told them to pick it up and we would take it in. The guy was walking out and didn't even notice it was gone, so we asked him if he droped his wallet. He was happy he got it back and told us his pants had a hole in it, and it was just habbit to put it there. So they picked out there treat and as we were coming out, he came up to me and asked if he could give the kids a reward for giving him his wallet back and just told me that he got paid and had 500 cash in it, so he was very greatful. I told him he did not need to do that, but he insisted and gave the kids a 10 dollar bill. They were so happy and we talked how good it is to be honest.

Kyle we can't believe you are already 18 months old. You are such an easy baby and a joy to have. I can't imagine life without you. You are turning into a cute, goofy little kid, who just wants to have fun all of the time. We love your cute little personality and the sweet little guy you are.

Brandon and Trains
