Matthew has been practicing really hard to learn his letters. The other day he wrote his name and cat for the first time. YEA!! I was so proud of him. It such a great thing to see your child so proud of what they accomplished.
Last week matthew had a friend over to play and he decided to hit matthew in the head with a bat. At first he just got a big goose egg, but as the days went by, it has moved down to his eyes and under his eyes. His whole middle of his head was swollen it was really sad. It is starting to get better slowly. You really can't see the color of it on here, but he looks pretty funny.
We went camping this last weekend, and we came home and matthew grabbed the sleeping bags and started going down the stairs in his sleeping bag. I though it was cute because he did it all by his self. It's so cute to have matthew getting older because everything new he does is so cute, and it makes him seem so much older.

Ow! Poor Matthew!!!
Ouch, that bump on the head looks like it hurt! So what's a great way to follow that up - tumble down the stairs in the sleeping bag!!! Way to go, Mathew! (Reminds me of J'Neil putting the blanket over her head and then running into the walls. She loved that.)
