HAPPY HALLOWEEN

I am so excited, because AMAZING RACE starts on Sunday. YEA!! 4 days and counting. Halloween pictures coming soon.

BrANDoN's 1 year pictures!!!

I finally got Brandon's pics done although he is 15 months. Oops. I didn't really expect to get them done it was spur of the moment, so he is not in the clothe's I exactly wanted him in, but they sure turned out dang CUTE!! At least I think so =)

BRANDON,BRANDON,BRANDON!!!

Ok, brandon is just one of those babies you have to love no matter what. Last night the kids were taking a bath and he managed to throw a sock his pants, and Ashlie's shirt into the tub. Along with Jeffs phone. AHHHHHHHH!! That is the 2 phones he has thrown into water in the last 2 months. Costing us an extra 10 dollars a month on our plan. So if Jeffs phone does not work that will be another 10 dollars a month,

Then he loves to throw anything and everything in the garbage, because we have on of those ones that just sit in the open and looks ugly. So to fix that off we went to Costco. I love our new can all you do is wave your hand in front of it and it opens. Brandon is a little puzzled for now, but it won't take him long I'm sure. At least it looks classier. I think we even lost his fav elephant to the garbage, and many, many pacifiers.


He has this thing with garbage cans and hiding things. I often open my cupboards and find his pacifier that he has hidden the previous day or my sock, or his toys, you get the picture. Then the other night we acidentially left the bathroom door open and this is what I found. BRANDON!!!! I made jeff fish it out. So as you see, we have to love him, because he is just so cute, but man sometimes you just have to hold back.

An overwhelming day !!

Today we started off by waking up to a thunderous storm with lightning only instead of rain we got a couple inches of snow. I am not quite ready for snow yet, It's not even Halloween yet come on. Then in church I recieved a new calling. Actually 2 callings. My first one is being on the enrichment committie, and the second one is Nursurey Leader. Oh man. I guess I didn't need a break from my kids. Ashlie was excited and brandon gets to come 3 months early because I am in there anyway. So wish me luck because I have no idea what I am doing, and wish me lots of patience. I am excited as well. Also, we had to speak in church today. It went pretty good and was better than I thought. I really really love our ward. The bishop is the most friendly guy,and everbody else there is just so friendly and willing to help no matter what. Just great!!! Well hope you are having a great day.

St. George Marathon!!

Well we did it!!! Both Jeff and I decided to run the marathon this year, and can I just say how fun it was to be able to run with Jeff and to thank him for not ditching me. I could not have done it without you. We woke up at 3:30 a.m. and got ready to go and catch the busses. When we got to the top it was a warm 35 degrees with some wind chill, so you can say it was pretty cold. We stood in line for the potties, tried to stay warm by the fires, did a little stretching and then at 6:45 we were off. We started off with a group who was finishing in about 5 hours. She was a good pacer and made sure we did not go out to fast and die. At about mile 9 we saw Jeff's Aunt and Uncle who welcomed us with a sign and some much needed oranges. Both Jeff and I felt really good and started to run a bit faster. We also ran into some friends from dental school, Katie Budge, and Treasure Goats. It was fun to see them, and ran with them for a bit. The last couple of miles I could feel my ankle ready to go from a previous injury and Jeffs Knee was really hurting him as well. So Let's just say the last 2 miles were in grouling pain, I will not lie. But we finished with a time of 4 hours and 47 min and was able to run the whole thing except maybe about 5 min. I was so proud of us. I hope we can run more together. Thank you also to all the family and friends who were there to support and cheer us on.

These pictures are of us getting on the buses at 5:00 in the morning. There were so many buses it was crazy. Then here we are at the top freezing our butts off. And you can see all of the port a potties. I think there were about 100 maybe more. It's great. They also have a ton of bon fires going so you can try to stay warm.

HAPPY OCTOBER

Happy October everyone!! I really love this time of year, when the leaves are changing, the air is getting colder (maybe not quite ready for this), you can just smell fall in the air. I love it. I wish it would stay this way and we could skip winter.
